Being a small firm our clients deal with the licensee in charge directly and don't get pushed off to clerks or middle managers at any time during the engagement. And our low overhead approach to business allows us to provide exceptional work product we are proud of at rates below industry standard while still having the flexibility to make almost any situation work.

The principals that guide our business philosophy carry straight into the investigative process, with healthy portions of clarity, determination and thoroughness thrown into the mix. We begin each inquiry by establishing clear and realistic objectives with the client that steer development of an operating strategy that will best achieve those goals in an efficient manner. We consider preparedness a critical element to success and initial phases often involve getting to know the investigative subject via collation of client provided background, preliminary advance research and review of situational variables that may come into play. Personnel are then assigned who are best fit to accomplish specific tasks based on expertise and such factors as familiarity with geographical areas or projected likelihood of being able to establish rapport during overt interview or source related actions. Investigators with our firm operate with a strictly objective mindset, a perspective that is maintained by the licensee in charge during the conversion of gathered raw information into usable intelligence disseminated in highly organized and structured reports.
